About Me

 Hi, I’m Theoni — founder of Health with Theoni and a certified Integrative Nutrition and Holistic Health Coach specializing in hormonal health.

I’m also a wife, a mother, and a woman who has spent years navigating anxiety, migraines, and the realities of perimenopause, often without clear guidance or simple answers. Like many women, I learned what it feels like when your body starts responding differently to stress, routines, and expectations that once felt manageable.

Over time, those experiences shaped how I approach health: not as something to “fix,” but as something to understand and work with.

People have always come to me during moments of stress or transition, not because I had all the answers, but because I offered steadiness, clarity, and a grounded way forward. When I combined that natural presence with formal training in integrative nutrition, hormones, and lifestyle support, this work became my calling.

Today, I work with women navigating midlife changes, anxiety, and hormonal shifts who are tired of pushing through and ready for support that actually fits their real lives.

My approach is calm, practical, and personalized. We focus on understanding what your body is communicating and making sustainable changes that support your hormones, nervous system, and overall well-being — without extremes, pressure, or overwhelm.
